Relocation tours are specialized guided tours designed to help individuals or families explore a new area when they're considering a move. Unlike typical tourist excursions, these tours focus on the practical aspects of living in a new city or country. Our group tours will be small, up to about 20 people.
Touring various residential areas to understand the local vibe, amenities, and community features. Real estate agents will be available to speak to.
Showcasing different types of properties—from apartments to houses—to give you a sense of the local real estate market. Real estate agents will be available.
Providing a real-world look at daily life, including transportation options, local cuisine, and community activities. Experts from local communities will be available to talk about these things as they apply to that specific area. Expert genealogists will be available for those interested in learning more about their specific heritage.
Led by relocation specialists, translators, and local experts who offer insights into cost of living, local customs, and other important factors such as health care & insurance, retirement, starting a business, opening a bank account, and more.
A relocation tour isn't only about learning. It's also about discovery. Tours will include sightseeing as well!
Discover a hidden European gem where majestic mountains, enchanting castles, and vibrant traditions come together. Immerse yourself in breathtaking landscapes and rich history. Stroll through Prague's enchanting cobblestone streets, marvel at majestic castles, and immerse yourself in centuries of art and history. Experience a land where every corner tells a timeless story.
The first thing to consider when thinking about relocating internationally is how you will obtain what is called "the right of residence". This can be done in a number of ways, but we are not attorneys. We do have professional relationships with some immigration professionals that can assist you in determining whether you would have a pathway to Slovakia or The Czech Republic. One pathway is citizenship by descent. If you have Slovak grandparents or great-grandparents, you might qualify! Click "Slovak Citizenship by descent" below. Even if you do not have Czech or Slovak ancestry, you may still qualify for another form of residency. In some cases it can be as easy as obtaining a business license and then applying for a residency permit (Slovakia). There are also work visas/permits.
